Every inbound is classified Business/Personal (Principle 1 · revisable). Ownership is conversation-level (Principle 8): while Janice is conducting, MyAI drafts silently and holds — the 15s SLA fires once to decide if MyAI takes over. After takeover MyAI replies naturally to every inbound with no further pause. Janice reclaims simply by replying. The customer never sees who's typing (Principle 9).
